Get4oBack ("we", "us", "our") operates the website get4oback.com and the associated application (the "Service"). We provide an interface to access the GPT-4o API. We are not affiliated with OpenAI.

2. Data we collect

We collect and process the following data when you use our Service:

• Account data: email address, password (stored in hashed form), and subscription/plan information when you sign up or use the app.
• Usage data: token usage, message counts, and conversation history necessary to provide the Service and enforce plan limits.
• Contact form data: if you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. We use this only to respond to your request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar data as needed for security and operation of the Service.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

• OpenAI: when you use the chat, your messages are sent to the GPT-4o API in accordance with OpenAI's terms and privacy policy.
• Advertising partners: we use the Reddit Pixel (Reddit, Inc.) to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. The pixel may collect technical identifiers (such as cookies and browser data) to attribute conversions (e.g. sign-ups or purchases) to specific ads. No chat content or personal messages are shared. • Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
