GPT-4o Chat Encryption and Security: How Get4oBack Protects Your Data
Your Get4oBack conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We do not train on your data or sell it. This article explains how we handle encryption and security, and what you can do (export, delete) to stay in control.
Encryption and storage
We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Your chats are stored so you can access them; we do not use them to train models or share them with third parties for that purpose. We send content to the OpenAI API so the model can reply - that is necessary for the product - but we do not expose your data beyond what is required. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your control
You can export your conversations and delete your data. We give you the tools to take your content with you or remove it. If you close your account, you can request deletion in line with our policy. We are transparent about what we store and why.
What we do not do
We do not train AI models on your chats. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your conversations for advertising. Content is sent to the OpenAI API only so the model can generate replies; that is required for the product to work. OpenAI's API terms apply to that data in their systems; we do not retain it for training or other purposes beyond providing the service. Sign-in and account security
We use secure sign-in (email/password or Google). Passwords are hashed; we do not store plain-text passwords. Use a strong password and do not share it. If you sign in with Google, we do not see or store your Google password. Enable any verification we offer (e.g. email confirmation) to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. If you lose access, use the password reset flow or contact support. We recommend signing out on shared devices. Your chats are tied to your account; only you can see them when you are signed in.
Updates and transparency
We update our systems and policies from time to time. Significant changes to how we handle data are described in our Privacy Policy; we do not change the core promise: we do not train on your chats or sell your data.
