Pro ($25/month): 3.5M tokens per month (roughly 2,800 user messages, 5,600 total messages per month), everything in Plus, image generation (ask in chat, get images), ChatGPT continuity import (bring your old chats), and chat import up to 600 conversations. Unlimited ($49/month): unlimited tokens (Fair Use applies), max 100 messages per hour for bot protection (resets every hour; practically impossible to reach in normal conversation), everything in Pro, priority support, and full ChatGPT import (all conversations as separate chats). All paid plans include the 7-day money-back guarantee: Plus and Pro if usage under 30% of quota; Unlimited if under 1 million tokens in that period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Plus, Pro and Unlimited (initial purchase only). For Plus and Pro, the guarantee applies only if you have not exceeded 30% of your plan's token quota in that window. You can switch anytime from Dashboard or from the pricing page when signed in. Upgrades apply immediately: we charge once the fixed difference between the two monthly prices (e.g. Pro minus Plus), not prorated by day. You get the higher allowance right away; renewals then bill the new plan. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal; until then, your plan and allowance stay the same. Token usage does not reset when you upgrade; the next reset is still your usual billing date.

Sign in, open Dashboard (Settings), then Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime; no further charges after that. Access and the 7-day money-back rule on first purchase are spelled out on the Refund policy page.

No. Your conversations stay safe. We do not delete, remove, or hide your history because a subscription ended, you took a break, or a payment was a few days late. The only way chat data goes away is if you explicitly delete it yourself (for example from your account or by deleting individual chats). After you are no longer on a paid plan, premium-only features pause (such as sending new messages beyond the free allowance, or certain import features on lower tiers), but everything you already had remains stored securely and encrypted until you choose otherwise.

Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never train models on your data or share it with third parties. For imports, uploaded .zip or .json files are kept for up to 48 hours only to complete asynchronous processing and let you retry without uploading everything again. These temporary files are deleted automatically after 48 hours and are never downloaded, manually accessed, or shared during that time. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Yes. The interface works on any device. You can also install it as an app on your phone (Add to Home Screen on iOS, Install app on Android) - same account, same chats, on all plans.

Yes, voice chat is live. Tap the microphone button in the chat input to speak instead of type - your voice is transcribed and sent as a message. You can also turn on "AI speaks response" (the speaker icon next to the mic) and the AI will read its replies aloud. In Dashboard (Settings), open the Voice tab to choose the voice and speed. Available on all plans, including free.

Yes, on all plans including Free. Open the Options button next to the message input and turn on Web search; then send your message. The AI will search the web and can also read the content of links you send (e.g. paste a URL and ask to read that page). Turn it off in Options if you don't want the next message to use the web.

In Options (button next to the message input), Unfiltered (NSFW) turns on unfiltered mode for that chat. When on, your messages in that conversation use a model with no content restrictions, so the AI won't refuse adult or explicit requests. The setting is saved per chat. Turn it off in Options to use the standard model again for that chat.

On Pro and Unlimited, in Options (button next to the message input), Image (next message) marks your next message as an image request. Turn it on, then describe what you want; the AI will generate an image from that message. Useful when your wording might not clearly sound like "draw" or "generate an image". Turn it off in Options after sending if you don't want the next message to request an image.

Yes, on all plans including Free. In Dashboard, turn on Cross-chat memory. The AI can then use summarized context from your other conversations in the current chat. This uses more tokens. You can turn it off anytime.

In ChatGPT, go to Settings, Data controls, Export data, and request an export. You will receive an email with a download link. Extract the .zip and locate conversations.json. In Get4oBack, open Dashboard (sidebar), go to the Import tab, and upload that file. Chat import is available on every plan: Free up to 50 chats, Plus up to 200, Pro up to 600, Unlimited full migration. Pro and Unlimited also include continuity (style and topic summary). On Unlimited, you can click "Import as chats" to create one Get4oBack chat per conversation and keep your full history in the app. To support large imports and background processing, uploaded .zip or .json files are retained for up to 48 hours so the server can finish processing and you can retry without re-uploading everything. All temporary files are automatically deleted after 48 hours and are never downloaded, manually accessed, or shared.

Continuity (Pro & Unlimited) uses your uploaded conversations to build a short style and topic summary so the AI matches your tone and interests; only that summary is stored. "Import as chats" (Unlimited only) creates one separate chat in Get4oBack for each conversation in your file, so you keep your full ChatGPT history as readable threads. Chat import limits: Free 50, Plus 200, Pro 600; Unlimited has no limit and gets both continuity and import all as chats.

On Unlimited there is no limit; upload your conversations.json in Dashboard, Import tab, and after it's processed click "Import N as chats" to create one chat per conversation. We use the GPT-4o API - OpenAI's developer API for the GPT-4o model. It's not the same as ChatGPT-4o (the version you used inside ChatGPT), which is no longer available. But they're from the same family, same OpenAI foundation, and the GPT-4o API is the closest thing that still exists. We've carefully tuned the experience to feel as close as possible to the ChatGPT-4o you remember.

OpenAI makes GPT-4o available to developers through their API. We use that access to give regular users a familiar interface for 4o, now that it's been removed from ChatGPT.

Not entirely. On February 17, 2026, OpenAI removed some GPT-4 and ChatGPT-4o APIs, including some mini variants. But not all of them - we use APIs that are still available and working. If they ever remove those too, we've already built Our-4o, a model based on newer GPT versions that replicates the original 4o behavior as closely as possible. You can choose it directly from the app, and if the original ever goes down, we'll notify you immediately. Our-4o will always work - we guarantee it.

Our-4o is a model we built specifically for Get4oBack. It runs on newer GPT versions but is carefully configured to feel like the original GPT-4o - same tone, same rhythm, same conversational balance. Think of it as our insurance policy: if OpenAI ever pulls the plug on the 4o API entirely, you still get the experience you came here for.

No. System prompts alone don't work well against newer models. GPT-5.1 is natively trained to be verbose and hyper-structured - a simple prompt gets ignored after a few interactions. Our-4o is a full Continuity Layer. We use a combination of token penalization (logit bias) to strip preambles, dynamic context injection to enforce conciseness, and API parameter calibration to replicate the exact conversational rhythm of the original 4o - preventing the base model from reverting to its default habits.

We connect to OpenAI's GPT-4o API - the same model family as the ChatGPT-4o you used to have, but accessed through OpenAI's developer platform. We wrap it in a familiar interface and tune the experience to feel like the original ChatGPT-4o as closely as possible.

We don't know. OpenAI hasn't publicly explained their model rotation decisions. That lack of transparency is part of why some users feel frustrated - it's hard to plan around.

For OpenAI it doesn't make sense to keep ChatGPT 4o active: the costs are high and the model has fewer content filters, so it's very unlikely it will become available again on official channels. Either way, we'll keep this running as long as people want it.

No. We're deliberately keeping this simple and stable. If anything changes on OpenAI's end that forces us to adjust, we'll tell you clearly and in advance.

We plan to keep Get4oBack running for as long as people want the product. If OpenAI ever limits or removes the GPT-4o API, you are not left hanging: we built Our-4o so you still get the same kind of experience from newer GPT models, inside the app. We will only wind the service down if we truly have to; if that ever happened, we would give plenty of notice and help you export your data.

Each plan includes a token allowance per month. On the free plan you get 30,000 tokens per month and your allowance resets every 30 days. On Plus, Pro and Unlimited your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. No surprises.

You keep a single subscription. If you are signed in, choosing another paid tier opens the app and switches your plan automatically (no second checkout). Use Manage billing for cancel, payment method, and invoices.
