How to Reset Your Get4oBack Password
If you forgot your Get4oBack password, you can reset it via email. Go to the sign-in page, click Forgot password, enter your email, and we will send you a link to set a new password. This article explains the steps and what to do if the email does not arrive.
How to reset your password
On the Get4oBack sign-in page, look for the "Forgot password" or "Reset password" link. Click it and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you an email with a link to create a new password. Click the link (it may expire after a short time), enter your new password, and save. You can then sign in with the new password. If you signed up with Google, you do not have a separate password - use the Google sign-in option instead.
If you do not receive the email
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the same email you used to sign up. If it still does not arrive, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact us at info@get4oback.com. We can help you regain access to your account.
Signed up with Google?
If you created your Get4oBack account with Google, you do not have a separate password. Use the "Sign in with Google" option on the sign-in page. If you have trouble with your Google account (e.g. access revoked or password changed), resolve that with Google first; then you can sign in to Get4oBack with Google again. We cannot reset a Google-linked account password because we never store it.
Keeping your account secure
Choose a strong password when you set or reset it: mix letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid reusing passwords from other sites. Do not share your password or the reset link - we will never ask for your password by email. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, reset your password immediately and check your account settings. For email sign-in, keeping your email secure is part of account security; if your email is compromised, use its recovery options first, then reset your Get4oBack password.
