Get4oBack Plus and Pro include a usage dashboard so you can see how many tokens you have used and how much is left in your monthly allowance. How to read it and plan your usage.
What the dashboard shows
You see your billing cycle, total token allowance for your plan, and how much you have used so far. That lets you know if you are on track or might run out before the reset. Some apps also show a simple progress bar or percentage. No surprises - you see your usage in one place.
How to use it
Open the dashboard from the app (e.g. account or usage section). Check it when you want to see how much you have left or if you are considering an upgrade. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Free tier has a smaller allowance; Plus and Pro have higher caps and the dashboard so you can plan.
Planning your usage
If you tend to run out before the reset, consider upgrading to the next plan or spreading heavy tasks across the month. Long conversations and file uploads use more tokens; short Q&A uses less. The dashboard helps you see patterns (e.g. heavy use at month start) so you can adjust. No overages - once you hit your allowance you wait for the reset or upgrade; there are no surprise per-token charges.
Free tier and dashboard
The usage dashboard is available on Plus and Pro only. On the free tier you still have a token allowance; you just do not see a detailed breakdown in the app. If you are on free and want to track usage more closely, upgrading to Plus gives you the dashboard plus a higher allowance and features like web search and cross-chat memory. You can start free, use the app, and upgrade when you need more visibility and capacity.
What uses the most tokens
Long conversations, file uploads, and web search use more tokens than short Q&A. The dashboard shows your total use so you can see which period or type of chat is heaviest. If you are close to your cap, you can hold off on long threads or uploads until the reset, or upgrade for a higher allowance. Plus and Pro also show your reset date so you know when your allowance refreshes. No overages - you never pay more than your plan; you just wait for the reset or upgrade.
